Service and Amenities                                                                                               To make our house your home many amenities and services are included in the base rate.

On-call nursing 24-hours a day.

Individualized care plans at your level of care for $80.00 a day.

Fee includes:

·    Three home-cooked meals a day and snacks.

·    Assistance with medication if needed.

·    Assistance with dressing.

·    Assistance with grooming.

·    Assistance with toileting.

·    Assistance with ambulation.

·    Supplies: soap, toiletries, and tissues.

·    All linen and towels provided.

·    Laundry service weekly or as needed.

·    Housekeeping weekly.

·    Maintenance free apartment.

·    Standard Cable TV hookup in each apartment
